Letter from the head of the Kurdistan and Kirmanshahan Customs, Molitor, regarding Mas‘ud Khan, the Custom officer of Mahi Dasht, who took a woman with a bad reputation to Mahi Dasht and was laid off work as a consequence; Mas‘ud Khan has a gun and bullets but he has not yet returned them. Molitor asks Shahzadah Sa‘id al-Sultan to take the guns and ammunition from Mas‘ud Khan and hand them over to the Custom Office, but nothing was done; the author asks the recipient to order Mas‘ud Khan to hand over the gun and bullets.
